The Conservancy was established for the purpose of providing an environmental and cultural education center for the community.
The centerpiece of this 50-acre estate is a stately 170-year old mansion that can be rented for your next important event. This spacious facility, tastefully decorated in traditional style with art and antiques in numerous rooms located throughout the first floor, is the perfect setting for virtually any occasion.

The Bridal and Event Open House is FREE and open to anyone who is interested in gathering information about hosting a special event.
The Succop Conservancy offers 50 picturesque acres including a house built in the 1830s and an outdoor reception area for weddings and gatherings. Two ponds, an herb garden and walking trails coscenic ceremony and reception site.
We also host beautiful bridal showers and rehearsal dinners.

Weddings and rental events support The Conservancy as a community resource for environmental stewardship and preservation of local history and heritage.
The property also contains two ponds, walking trails, gardens and open natural spaces that can be used for a variety of outdoor activities. Both areas offer a peaceful, comfortable atmosphere that lends itself to business meetings, retreats, classes, weddings, receptions and art exhibits.
